psychological support
for when you need to find your way back to yourself

See How I Can Help

Counselling Approach

The focus is on you, your experiences, and your own inner sense of what is right. I don't impose solutions; instead, I help you to listen to yourself and to hear your own 'yes' and 'no', even if that has been difficult in the past.

I believe that every person already has the inner resources for growth. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, your needs, and your feelings.

I am not here to 'fix' you or to offer ready-made solutions. Together, we will explore your experiences, helping you to understand yourself better and to make choices that are right for you mindfully, and with respect for your personal history.

I understand the importance of human connection in navigating life’s challenges, and I’m here to support you on your journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I am committed to ongoing professional development and work within a clear ethical framework, always prioritising your safety and well-being.

I attend monthly supervision (1.5 hours) with an experienced supervisor, in line with BACP requirements. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO - CSN5012435), hold an up-to-date PVG check and professional liability insurance.

I have training and experience in working with clients both online and via telephone, as well as working face-to-face.

Commitment to Connection

In our fast-paced digital world, I prioritise genuine human connection, helping you navigate your emotional landscape and fostering personal growth. I'm ready to support you with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and loss. My goal is to create a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

I help women with

low self-esteem and self-doubt

internal conflicts

anxiety

relationship difficulties

eating disorders

Often, these struggles stem from a deep-seated feeling that "something is wrong with me" or "I am not good enough."

I know how important it is to be heard without judgment and I understand how difficult it can be to trust.
