I am a psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in the person-centered approach.
The focus is on you, your experiences, and your own inner sense of what is right. I don't impose solutions; instead, I help you to listen to yourself and to hear your own 'yes' and 'no', even if that has been difficult in the past.
I believe that every person already has the inner resources for growth. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, your needs, and your feelings.
I am not here to 'fix' you or to offer ready-made solutions. Together, we will explore your experiences, helping you to understand yourself better and to make choices that are right for you—mindfully, and with respect for your personal history.

How I Work
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place either online or in-person in Falkirk. Price: £50 per session.
Before we begin, we will have a free 15-minute introductory phone call. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking support and for you to ask any questions you may have.
If we decide to continue, we will sign a contract.
